We collect only the information necessary to:

• Process and fulfill orders

• Communicate with you regarding purchases or enquiries

• Improve the functionality and performance of the website

Personal information may include your name, contact details, shipping address, payment confirmation, and basic website usage data.

Your information is never sold. It is shared only with trusted service providers (such as website hosting, payment processing, shipping, and email services) strictly for operational purposes and in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including South Africa’s POPIA and, where applicable, GDPR.

Terms of Sale

All artworks and prints offered on this website are subject to availability. A sale is considered complete once payment has been successfully processed.

Prices are listed in the currency displayed at checkout and are subject to change without notice. Payment is processed securely via third-party payment providers.

Shanna Lindinger Studio reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order where necessary, including in cases of pricing errors or suspected fraud.

Shipping & Delivery

Each order is prepared with care.
 

Processing times:

• Unframed art prints: dispatched within 5–7 working days

• Canvas and framed artworks: dispatched within 7–10 working days

Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
 

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times vary depending on destination and courier service and are estimates only.

International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer.

Shanna Lindinger Studio does not ship to P.O. boxes or APO addresses unless specifically arranged in advance.
 

Returns & Refunds

We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, artworks must be:

• In the same condition as received

• Unused and unaltered

• In original packaging

• Accompanied by proof of purchase

Return requests must be submitted by email to hi@shannalindinger.com
before items are sent back.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If an artwork arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery, including clear photographs of the issue. We will assess the matter and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Custom, made-to-order, or personalised artworks

• Sale items

• Gift cards

 

European Union Customers

For orders shipped to the European Union, customers have the right to cancel or return an order within 14 days of delivery, in accordance with EU consumer protection regulations. Returned items must be in original condition. Return shipping costs apply unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Data Retention & Security

Personal information is retained only for as long as necessary to fulfill orders, comply with legal obligations, and manage business operations. While reasonable safeguards are in place, no method of data transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be entirely secure.
